  • Q. How long will we receive a response after we send you the inquiry?

    We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry on weekdays.

  • Q. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a factory and also have our international trade department. We produce and sell our products.

  • Q. What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce LED electronic candles (including various materials such as plastic, cement, glass, etc.) for Christmas gifts and home decor.

  • Q. What application areas are your products mainly involved in?

    Our products are used for home decoration, Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, and various parties.

  • Q. Can you make customized products?

    Yes, our main focus is on customized products. We develop and produce products based on the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Q. Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some regular styles that sell well.

  • Q. How is your company's production capacity?

    We have 4 production lines, and the daily output can reach 8000 units.

  • Q. How many employees do you have in your company, including how many technical personnel?

    The company currently has over 50 employees, including 2 professional technicians, 2 engineers, 4 quality inspectors, 1 production manager, and 4 foreign trade salespeople.

  • Q. How does your company ensure product quality?

    After each process, we have corresponding inspections. For the final completed product, we will conduct 99.99% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.

  • Q. What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other options. When producing in bulk, we usually make a 30% advance payment and then pay the remaining balance upon presentation of the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, and of course, L/C is also acceptable.
